If no dragons are available, a regular transport service is OK too... In the end, all that matters is reaching Munich and joining the epic ride from there. :)
Also, besides flame throwing fantasy creatures, there are many other things around it that need full love and care.

Do you want to play with 56Gb Ethernet, Infiniband and distributed storage clusters ? Work on movies seen by millions of people ?

To reinforce our team, we are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator.

At RISE, our passionate artists work on Visual Effects at the highest international level. Driven by their enthusiasm for digital image work and uncompromising exigency, they have to rely on a state of the art technical infrastructure where flexibility, performance, security and reliability are key to success.

With more than 150 workstations and a 350 nodes render farm running on Linux, over 2 PetaByte of storage and 4 offices located in different cities, our IT team needs your help to provide the best technical environment for our artists to do their magic.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-develop and maintain our physical, virtual server and storage infrastructure
-deploy, maintain and support artists workstations
-deploy software and manage configurations via our puppet infrastructure
-monitor and tune our systems to ensure maximum performance/stability
