RISE was the first feature film visual effects company in Germany to use The Foundry's Nuke as primary compositing application. Other
than that, Silhouette and Mocha are still used for rotoscoping and paint work. Our main 3D packages are SideFX Houdini and Autodesk Maya,
with Mantra rendering those pretty pixels. And because we tend to be bored quickly we also use Photoshop, Mari, Hiero, Mudbox, ZBrush,
Topogun, Reality Capture, Geomagic Wrap, 3D Equalizer, Substance Painter and many, many proprietary RISE tools that we developed ourselves
over the last years.

You need a valid working permit for the European Union in order to apply. Unfortunately, we can't assist you in getting one for the time being.
Your tasks:
- Serve as the primary communication hub for the IT and Pipeline departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge-sharing across all company functions.
- Act as a bridge between the IT, Pipeline and other teams, helping to translate and clarify technical concepts for different audiences (with full support from both teams – no deep technical expertise required!).
- Ensure follow-through on tasks by proactively tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and addressing workload imbalances.
- Oversee daily IT and Pipeline operations, keeping workflows and deliverables on track.
- Facilitate meetings (planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives), ensuring clear action points are assigned and followed up on.
- Support the transformation of strategic goals into actionable projects and tasks, helping teams prioritize effectively.
- Develop and manage project lifecycles for new and existing tools, products, and initiatives.
- Apply agile techniques to maintain clear direction and alignment within the team.
- Visualize and report team progress effectively, providing transparency for stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ideally you will have:
- Fluent English communication skills (German is a plus).
- Proven experience in a project coordination role.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, stepping in to ensure progress continues smoothly.
- Confidence in moderating discussions, gathering requirements, and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Interest in understanding complex VFX Pipeline and IT processes (no deep technical expertise required).
- A friendly yet assertive personality, capable of maintaining strong team dynamics while driving projects forward.
